More Than a BBQ – A Community Celebration
The MD of Spirit River is excited to invite its residents to their Annual Resident BBQ on July 23, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at beautiful Nardam Campground!
Each year, Council and Administration look forward to this special opportunity to connect with residents in a relaxed and welcoming setting. This year, we’re especially pleased to host the event at Nardam Campground and to include a Seniors' Appreciation component as part of the celebration.
The MD Residents’ BBQ is a chance to meet your elected officials and municipal staff, chat with members of Council, Public Works, Agriculture & Seasonal Operations, and Administration, and share your questions, ideas, concerns, and feedback. It’s an opportunity to strengthen connections, learn more about the services provided by the MD, and enjoy an afternoon together as a community.
There will be something for everyone to enjoy, including great food, entertainment, a prize draw, and information booths featuring organizations and groups that support residents throughout our region. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the many programs, services, and resources available right here in our community.
Whether you’re interested in learning more about municipal services, connecting with local organizations, or simply enjoying a delicious burger with friends and neighbours, we hope you’ll join us for this fun-filled summer gathering.
